We aim to make exchanges as quick as possible. Each month, we create a small reserve of items to handle size and style exchanges efficiently. Since our products are made to order, the exact item you originally purchased may not always be available, but we'll do our best to provide a matching or similar product. Once we’ve confirmed that your returned item is unworn, your exchange will be processed within three business days.
Refunds are issued within three business days after we confirm the returned product is unworn. Please note that credit card processing times can vary, so you can generally expect to see the refund in your account within two to five business days after we issue it.
